Enclomiphene research overview
Enclomiphene is the trans isomer of clomiphene citrate, isolated rather than supplied as part of the racemic mixture. It is stocked as 30 tablets at 25mg each.
The reason to separate it is pharmacological. Clomiphene citrate contains two isomers with different behaviour: enclomiphene is predominantly an estrogen receptor antagonist, while zuclomiphene carries more agonist character and a much longer half-life, accumulating over the course of a protocol.
