1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Savage Labs website ("Site"), placing an order, or creating an account, you ("Customer," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately leave the Site and refrain from using any of our services.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to access this Site or purchase any products. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. Savage Labs reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to refuse service or cancel orders if age verification cannot be confirmed.

3. Research Use Only

All products sold by Savage Labs are intended strictly for in vitro research, laboratory use, and scientific investigation only. Products are NOT intended for human or veterinary consumption, therapeutic use, diagnostic use, food additive use, or any form of bodily introduction.

By purchasing from Savage Labs, you expressly represent and warrant that: (a) you are a qualified researcher, affiliated with a research institution, or are otherwise conducting legitimate scientific research; (b) you will not use, administer, sell, or distribute any product for human or animal consumption; (c) you understand and accept full responsibility for the handling, storage, and disposal of all products in accordance with applicable regulations.

4. Product Information & Disclaimers

Savage Labs strives to provide accurate product descriptions, purity specifications, molecular data, and Certificates of Analysis (CoAs). However, product information is provided for reference purposes only and does not constitute medical, pharmaceutical, or therapeutic advice.

While we maintain rigorous quality control standards including HPLC verification and third-party testing, Savage Labs makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the fitness of any product for a particular research application. Products are provided "as is" with the analytical specifications stated on their respective CoAs.

5. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Savage Labs reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time.

Payment is made via Zelle or Cash App. After you place an order, we email you an invoice with payment-completion instructions; your order is confirmed once payment has been received. Payments are completed through those third-party services, and we do not collect or store your card or bank-account details. Savage Labs reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected fraudulent activity, pricing errors, product unavailability, or failure to meet age verification requirements.

Promotional codes and discounts are subject to their stated terms, including minimum order amounts, expiration dates, and usage limits. Promotional codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

6. Shipping & Handling

Savage Labs ships all temperature-sensitive compounds via cold-chain logistics to preserve product integrity. Standard shipping rates apply unless your order qualifies for free shipping as indicated at checkout.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Savage Labs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If a shipment is damaged in transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of research chemicals and strict quality control requirements, Savage Labs does not accept returns on opened or used products.

If a product does not match its listed specifications (purity, identity, molecular weight, or sequence as verified by an independent laboratory), Savage Labs will, at its sole discretion, either replace the product or issue a full refund. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and must include your order number, compound name, and independent test results demonstrating the discrepancy.

8. Account Responsibilities

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify Savage Labs immediately of any unauthorized access or use. Savage Labs reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in suspicious activity.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product data, software, and design elements — is the property of Savage Labs or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use any product for human or animal consumption
• Resell products as dietary supplements, pharmaceuticals, or food additives
• Misrepresent your identity, age, or research intent
• Interfere with the Site's operation, security, or infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Site
• Attempt to circumvent age verification or access restrictions
• Violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international law

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAVAGE LABS, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR LOST PROFITS.

SAVAGE LABS' TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Savage Labs and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Site or products; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) any misuse or improper handling of products purchased from Savage Labs.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy. We collect and process personal data including name, email address, phone number, shipping information, and browsing analytics as described therein. We do not sell personal information to third parties. Payments are completed through third-party services (Zelle or Cash App); we do not collect or store your card, bank-account, or other financial-account details on our servers.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

15. Modifications

Savage Labs reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

16. Severability
