About Savage Labs

Who operates this business, and how to reach it.

Who operates Savage Labs?

Savage Labs is the trading name of Vitamedics LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United States and based at 11582 SW Village Pkwy #256, Port Saint Lucie, FL 34987-2392. That entity operates this website, fulfils orders, and answers support email at support@savagelabs.us.

Is Savage Labs the same company as Savage Labz, Savage BioCore, or Savage Laboratories?

No. Savage Labs is an independent business and has no affiliation, ownership, partnership, or shared inventory with Savage Labz, Savage BioCore, Savage Laboratories, Inc., or any other company trading under a similar name. Orders, documentation requests, and support for Savage Labs products are handled only through savagelabs.us and support@savagelabs.us. We cannot answer questions about another company’s products or orders.

Where is Savage Labs based?

How can I contact Savage Labs?

Email support@savagelabs.us, message our WhatsApp support line, or use the form on the contact page. Include your order number for order questions and the compound name for product questions.

Research use and compliance

What these compounds are sold for, and what they are not.

Are your products for human consumption?

No. Savage Labs compounds are strictly for in vitro laboratory research and scientific investigation. They are not for human or veterinary consumption, treatment, or diagnosis. Customers must confirm legitimate research intent under our Terms of Service before checkout.

What does "for in vitro research use only" actually mean?

It means the compound is supplied for controlled laboratory work — cell-based assays, receptor binding studies, protein interaction research and similar experiments conducted by qualified personnel. It excludes any form of bodily introduction, whether oral, injectable, topical or inhaled, in people or animals. The research disclaimer sets this out in full.

Are these products approved by the FDA?

No. No product sold by Savage Labs has been evaluated, approved, or registered by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any equivalent regulatory body in any jurisdiction. Nothing on this website should be read as a claim that any product diagnoses, treats, cures, mitigates, or prevents any disease or condition.

Do I need to be affiliated with an institution to order?

Our Terms require that you are a qualified researcher, affiliated with a research institution, or otherwise conducting legitimate scientific research. Institutional affiliation is one route to meeting that requirement rather than the only one. You also confirm that you have the knowledge, training and facilities to handle, store and dispose of research chemicals under the regulations that apply to you.

Documentation and specifications

Certificates of Analysis, purity figures, and how to read them.

How do I request a Certificate of Analysis?

Email support@savagelabs.us or use the contact form. Include the compound name, vial size, batch identifier if known, and order number if applicable. Ask about available records before ordering if your laboratory requires specific documentation, since report availability is not implied for every product or batch.

Does the purity percentage on a product page replace a batch Certificate of Analysis?

No. A figure listed on a product page is the specification for that product line. A Certificate of Analysis reports what was measured in one specific batch, on a stated date, by stated methods. They answer different questions, and a specification cannot substitute for a batch record. Our guide to reading a Certificate of Analysis explains what to check.

How do I verify testing information?

Ask for the report covering the compound and batch you need, then review the issuing laboratory, report date, methods, units and results. Contact support if a product page does not link the documentation you require. A missing result is an open question rather than a passing one.

Why do two suppliers report purity differently for the same compound?

Because "purity" is not a single measurement. Mass balance, quantitative NMR, amino acid analysis and chromatographic reporting each answer the question differently and assume different things, so two documents can report different figures for the same material without either being wrong. Compare the method and measurement basis before comparing the numbers.

Is the labelled weight of a vial all peptide?

Not usually. A lyophilised vial also contains water, residual solvent and the counter-ion the peptide was isolated as. Published work has measured trifluoroacetate counter-ion at up to 35 percent of dry mass in some synthetic peptides. Where the amount of peptide matters, plan around a measured content value rather than the label weight.

Ordering, payment and shipping

How an order is placed, paid for, confirmed and dispatched.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Zelle and Cash App. After placing an order, you receive payment instructions by email. Your order is confirmed once payment has been received. Prices are in US dollars.

How is my order confirmed?

You receive an invoice and payment-completion instructions by email immediately after checkout, followed by a payment confirmation email once your payment has been received. The order is confirmed at that second step, not at checkout.

How are temperature-sensitive compounds shipped?

Our Terms provide that temperature-sensitive compounds ship using cold-chain logistics. Contact support before ordering to confirm handling requirements and timing for a specific compound or destination, since this page does not establish a guaranteed dispatch or delivery time.

Can I ask about bulk orders?

Yes. Contact support with the compound names, sizes and quantities you require to ask about available bulk ordering options and pricing.

Damage, returns and claims

What to do when a shipment or a product is not right.

What is your return or replacement policy?

Opened or used products cannot be returned. For a product that does not match its listed specifications as verified by an independent laboratory, Savage Labs may replace the product or issue a full refund at its sole discretion. Submit a claim within 30 days of delivery with the order number, compound name, and independent laboratory results demonstrating the discrepancy.

What should I do if my shipment arrives damaged?

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence. Include your order number and identify the affected items so support can review your report.

Still need an answer?

Send the question to support. Include the compound name for a product question, and your order number for anything about an existing order.
