Shipping & Returns

Order confirmation and payment

Prices are in US dollars. We accept Zelle and Cash App. After you place an order, payment-completion instructions are emailed to you. Your order is confirmed once payment has been received. Availability and prices may change; the Terms describe the circumstances in which orders may be refused or canceled.

Shipping and handling

Standard shipping charges apply unless your order qualifies for free shipping as indicated at checkout. Our Terms state that temperature-sensitive compounds ship using cold-chain logistics. Contact support before ordering to confirm handling requirements and timing for a specific compound or destination.

The Terms provide that risk of loss and title pass when products are delivered to the carrier. Carrier, customs, weather, and other delays outside our control are excluded from our responsibility. This page does not establish a guaranteed dispatch or delivery time.

If your shipment arrives damaged

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence. Include your order number and identify the affected items so support can review your report.

Returns and specification claims

We do not accept returns on opened or used products. For a product that does not match its listed specifications as verified by an independent laboratory, Savage Labs may, at its sole discretion, replace the product or issue a full refund.

Submit a claim within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, compound name, and independent test results demonstrating the discrepancy in purity, identity, molecular weight, or sequence. Contact support about any situation not addressed in the Terms before sending an item back.
