NATTY + research overview
NATTY + supplies three separately packaged compounds in one pack: MK-2866 at 60 tablets, enclomiphene at 30 tablets and anastrozole at 8 tablets. Each is stocked individually; the pack exists because the three are studied together often enough to be worth grouping.
What connects them is that each intervenes at a different point on the androgen-estrogen axis. MK-2866 is a non-steroidal selective androgen receptor modulator, studied for whether a ligand can produce tissue-differentiated transcriptional outcomes at the androgen receptor. Enclomiphene is the isolated trans isomer of clomiphene, a selective estrogen receptor modulator studied for antagonism of estradiol negative feedback at the hypothalamus and the gonadotropin release that follows.
