Email Preferences
The email category named in the confirmation stops once your unsubscribe is accepted. You can manage marketing and restock preferences separately from your account page.
How our emails work
- Order emails always send. Confirmations, invoices, payment and shipping updates are transactional — unsubscribing here does not stop them.
- Unsubscribe links apply to their email category. Campaign and cart-reminder links stop marketing. Restock-alert links stop restock alerts. The email-address form stops marketing.
- Checkout boxes start unchecked. A later purchase does not subscribe you again unless you choose a marketing option at checkout.
- Un-checking a box at checkout is not an unsubscribe. If you're already subscribed, clearing the box won't remove you — unsubscribe on this page instead.
