Email Preferences
The email category named in the confirmation stops once your unsubscribe is accepted. You can manage marketing and restock preferences separately from your account page.
How our emails work
- Order emails always send. Confirmations, invoices, payment and shipping updates are transactional — unsubscribing here does not stop them.
- Unsubscribe links apply to their email category. Campaign and cart-reminder links stop marketing. Restock-alert links stop restock alerts. The email-address form stops marketing.
- Checkout does not unsubscribe an existing subscription. Leaving marketing options unselected or declining new enrollment keeps existing subscriptions. To stop marketing emails, unsubscribe on this page.
